Unity Elite Girls Youth Flag Football is a Minnesota-based program dedicated to empowering young female athletes through the game of flag football. Our mission is to build confidence, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field. We provide a competitive, supportive environment where girls can develop their skills, grow as teammates, and compete at a high level while representing unity, strength, and sisterhood.

SPEED & ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
Speed is a foundation of our program.
Athletes work on acceleration, change of direction, reaction, movement mechanics, explosiveness, and overall athletic development to help them become more effective football players.
